Shakiah is a born-again emcee hailing from Seattle by way of Las Vegas, Nevada. Since 1999 Shakiah has been an active member of Tabernacle of Praise Church under the leadership of Apostle Delores L. Kendrick, Debra Kendrick, and Kendrick Ministries. Being apart of an apostolic/prophetic church, Shakiah learned to flow in the song of the Lord through dance and rap.
